How to Watch Survivor Season 38 with a VPN

If you happen to live outside the US and Canada, then your solution is the use of a VPN. The channels airing the top reality show are restricted to their own countries. Meaning that anyone living abroad won’t have any access to the series. However, when you use a VPN, you get to relocate yourself virtually and appear to be browsing in either of the regions where the channels are available.

Simply connect to a server in the US to get an American IP address, and you will be able to access CBS despite being abroad. The same method works with Global TV once you’re connected to a Canadian server.

Now, if you want to watch Survivor: Edge of Extinction wherever you are, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign up with a VPN provider. I highly suggest ExpressVPN.
  2. Download and install the VPN application on your Android, iOS, PC, or Mac.
  3. Sign in with your VPN account.
  4. Connect to a server based on the channel you’ve selected:
    • US server for CBS All Access.
    • Canadian server for Global TV.
  5. Launch the channel’s website or its dedicated app.
  6. Finally, enjoy the 38th season of Survivor regardless of where you might be.

Bypassing geo-restrictions is an easy task for a robust VPN like ExpressVPN. This provider cares for its customers’ privacy and security as well. It anonymizes your browsing activities so no one can monitor what you do. Nevertheless, other top VPNs do exist out there, check them out in the table below.

Survivor: Edge of Extinction

The new season, which recently wrapped up filming in Fiji, will feature four returning players who were previously revealed last June. The series will air on the 20th of February and the premiere will be one hour long. The season will conclude on May 15 with its usual three-hour finale and reunion combo.

The four confirmed returning players are:

  • Joe Anglim, who was previously on both Survivor Worlds Apart and Survivor Second Chance.
  • Aubry Bracco, who competed on Survivor Kaoh Rong and Survivor Game Changers.
  • Kelley Wentworth, who was on both Survivor San Juan Del Sur and Survivor Second Chance.
  • David Wright, who appeared in just one season, Survivor Millennials vs. Gen X.

This is exciting news to get us fired up as we wait for the premiere.

How to Watch Survivor Season 38 – Summing Up

The season will feature a lot of new challenges and faces in the harsh environment of Fiji. If you’re that into the reality tv, then better tune in to CBS or Global TV when the premiere is due. Don’t forget, living outside the US and Canada will prohibit your access. Therefore, a VPN and this guide are your only solution to the problem that is geo-restrictions. Enjoy.
